Job Description:
1、Coordination externally with landlords and internally with other function departments
2、Admin work to assist the team
3、Involved in business development project review
4、Proactively identifying opportunity and discovering innovative business ideas
5、Explore and identify opportunity and priority markets, develop specific plans to drive business performance
6、 Work with the Director, Business Development China to formulate strategies to align with market direction, keep constant evaluation and review, and identify additional requirements to close the opportunity
7、Other ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements
1、Above 2 years working experience in multi-national company;
2、Able to travel extensively
3、Strong business acumen especially in retail industry;
4、Good written English ability
5. Highly self-motivated with the ability to deliver good performance with minimum supervision

任职要求：
1. 两年以上跨国零售公司工作经验，有奢侈品、时尚品牌选址开店、业务谈判经验优先
2. 具有开拓精神，接受频繁出差
3. 具有较强的商业头脑，对零售行业有洞察力
4. 良好的英文读写能力
5. 自我驱动，主动完成的工作绩效目标
