岗位职责: Purpose: As Strategic Planning Manager/Senior Manager, you play a critical role in identifying business growth opportunities, defining corporate strategy, and monitoring and ensuring our plans get executed properly and timely. You will serve as a member in Strategic Planning team to synthesize internal and external information, analyze data, deliver insights, lead discussions, prepare presentations to sell ideas, and carry out cross-functional projects. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Support Upline to lead long-term strategy development and annual planning process, which includes generating strategic insights that surface top-line growth and bottom-line enhancement opportunities, crafting a compelling strategic narrative, translating top-line/bottom-line goals into initiatives, by partnering with cross-functional teams in an integrated and cohesive manner. Governance & Performance Management: Partner closely with Finance, Data & Analytics, as well as other key functional teams for performance oversight, promptly calling out opportunity and risk areas to the management team for decision making. Project & Transformation Management: Lead cross-functional project teams and help deliver on team objectives. Strategic Communication: Deliver proper messages to global headquarter leadership and local various audiences through composing communication materials. 任职要求: Above 8~10 years of work experience, preferably with experience with top consulting firms, or experience in a large consumer goods & retail company's strategy function. Extensive experience of long-term strategy development and annual planning. A strong problem solver and able to identify opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese. Proficient in project management and ability to facilitate cross-functional collaborations effectively.
