[Your Responsibilities] As a Client Service Coordinator, you will: - Communicate with Account Managers and suppliers/factories on daily inspection issues; - Contact clients when required, to answer queries related to audits, inspections, and lab testing; - Process and handle orders (including quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow up); - Assist clients with the use of AsiaInpection's online platform for booking orders; - Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients; - Enter contacts into our CRM database. [The Skills We're Looking For] - University graduate with a major in Business/Engineering; - Minimum 1 year of related work experience; - Knowledge of the EU market or experience with clients from that region is a bonus; - Good communication skills and good command of English; - Hard-working personality with a positive attitude; - High efficiency and organization skills; - Flexibility and willingness to learn; - Good ability e to work under pressure.
