职位概述:
1.依托AEI上海研发实验室平台，为新客户应用提供解决方案，该职位适合具有商业头脑的技术专家，了解并满足先进能源客户的应用需求。

2.该职位要求通过与Advanced Energy的产品经理、FAE、项目设计师的直接接触，全面了解客户的应用需求和技术要求。

3.这是一个面向客户的技术职位，将直接与产品营销和产品管理部门合作，为我们的客户提供增值服务。

职责要求：
1.为客户系统应用问题提供技术支持： 包括问题识别，验证，提供解决方案及样品测试验证等

2.与内部研发单位协作，将客户方案导入生产

3.提供在线技术支持，满足客户对AEI 电源产品的问题咨询

4.分享AE的产品和先进技术知识，以及行业流程要求和趋势，使AE的技术成功地推荐给客户。

5.参与AE(市场，产品管理，工程和销售)，支持新产品开发和新的商业机会。

6.协助现场应用工程师(FAE)理解高级或困难的客户需求，以确保客户新设计的成功。

7.与产品管理和客户团队建立信任和合作伙伴关系，以定义和实施解决方案，以实现业务发展目标。

教育及经历要求：

学历：
1.本科以上， 电子工程或相关专业

经验及能力要求：
1. 5年以上从事开关电源产品的设计，测试，验证等相关工作经验， 有开关电源EMC 测试及调试经验者优先考虑

2. 电源测试： 依据客户需求进行电源单体测试或配合客户系统一起测试， 这些测试依据客户系统的要求不一样， 会涵盖多种测试项目， 比如， EMI, EMC，温升，电气功能， 可靠性以及安规测试等

3. 客户应用分析及方案：协助FAE，客户分析系统应用的问题， 提供解决方案及验证

4. 客户需求交付， 及时提供客户在系统应用方面的需求， 比如样品更新，测试报告， 技术支持（如文件，图纸，证书等

5. 和相关功能部门协作顺利完成电源应用方案的执行， 提供变更清单， 测试数据给工程部门， 以便变更产品的发行， 及后续执行情况的跟踪等

6. 协助CEC 经理维护上海客户体验中心的运行工作， 设备的配置及维护（软硬件）， 测试治具，零部件的采购， 样品制作及更改等

7. 如有需要， 需要前往客户， 工厂及研发等地方的出差， 其它如果有需要协助的工作或事项

工作场景：
1.在标准的办公环境和工程实验室工作。
2.使用电子设备，可在高压下工作。
3.与内部和外部客户沟通。
4.在客户现场提供技术支持。

POSITION SUMMARY:

Using our Shanghai lab as a base, this role will suit a technologist with business acumen, who understands and meets the technical marketing/applications needs of Advanced Energy’s customers and is a primary source guiding customer solution on product features, performance and direction for new customer applications or product capabilities.
The position is requiring a thorough understanding of current and emerging process requirements through direct engagement with Product Mangers, FAEs, project designers at both Advanced Energy.This will be a technical customer facing role who will also work directly with Product Marketing and Product Management internally providing value add propositions for our customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Provide technical support for customers and to the broader Sales and FAE team
2.Provide technical support to match customer's requirements with MPS solutions & build technical relationships within these engineering communities.
3.Shares advanced technical knowledge of AE’s products and technology, as well as industry process requirements and trends, to enable successful deployment of AE’s technology to customers.
4.Participate within AE (Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Sales) in support of new product development and new business opportunities.
5.Assists Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) with understanding advanced or difficult customer requirements to secure new design wins.
6.Builds trust and partner with product management and customer-based teams to define and implement solutions to achieve business development goals.
7.Application analysis and solutions: Asist technical analysis for the applications, provide solutions for application issues from power standpoints, and provide the verifications of the solutions

EDUCATION
-Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Physics
-Desirable: Advanced Degree in Engineering or Physics

EXPERIENCE

-Essential:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in related technologies (high Voltage is optimal)
* Working knowledge of AE market segment/product group technology (AC/DC and DC/DC SELV & high voltage power supplies).
* Experience with computer driven diagnostic equipment, measurement instrumentation, data analysis.
* Excellent technical and non-technical verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to influence decisions and actions with customers as well as technical and marketing groups within AE.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical industry.
* Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

-Desirable:
* 7+ years of experience working directly with the specific customers, products, and applications in the assigned AE market segment.
* Experience with industry standards and user groups.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
1. Works in a standard office environment and engineering lab.
2. Uses electronic equipment and can work with high voltage.
3. Domestic travel of up to 20%.
4. Interfaces with internal and external customers.
5. Onsite technical support at customer locations.
