Job Description:
Lead BD team to make sure lab operation smoothly
管理化学分样团队做好实验室日常运营工作
Prepare test plan according to buyer’s requirement and legal requirement（KA & complicated cases）
根据买家和法规要求推荐适用的化学测试（重要客户及复杂单据）
Prepare checklist, sample breakdown, assign chemical tests in system and prepare report template
制作分样单，拆解样品，安排化学测试并制作报告模板
Communicate and coordinate with customer service team and lab team
和客服团队以及实验室进行内部协调和沟通
Other work assigned by chemical lab manager
化学实验室经理指定的其他工作

Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
3 to 5 years working experience in Test Assignment team
化学分样岗位3-5年经验
Team leader experience is preferred
有管理团队经验优先
Familiar with chemical test such as REACH, SVHC, LFGB
熟悉REACH, SVHC,LFGB等化学测试要求和法规要求
Have experience in 3rd party testing institute
有第三方检测工作经验优先
Team work, can work under pressure and can accept OT
有团队协作能力，有抗压能力，能接受加班
