Key Responsibilities
？ Impact
- Sales team: Assist sales team to analysis structure of ocean freight and define shipping terms
- Bidding and pricing: Assist bidding and pricing team to offer ocean freight
- Project Operation team: Assist project operation to book space for break bulk cargo
？ Customer / Stakeholder: Sky Fusion customer
- Existing customer’s maintenance
- New customer’s/business development of breakbulk
- Develop new clients for dry cargo chartering business
- Maintain business relationships with current clients
- Set up book agent net
- Set up carrier/owners/broker date base
？ Problem Complexity/ Process
- Assist Senior Chartering Manager to analysis dry bulk cargo market
- Sourcing and gather market intelligence
- Assist operation to supervise ships’ performance in good order
- Effective support project sales team and bidding team for ocean freight and shipping terms
- Effective support project operation team to book space for breakbulk
- Follow dry cargo (coal, iron ore…) Market and shipping market
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Key Qualifications
- Be familiar with local Market
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in shipping prefer dry bulk
- High sensitivity on chartering elements dynamics
- Good knowledge about Chartering business
- Good international trade route experience, on cargo flow, on ship supply
- Good knowledge of broker channels
- Good knowledge on marco-economy trends
- Good relationship-building ability; Good communication skills; Self-Driven personality; Good social skills
- Good determination to make decisions; High responsibility
- Bachelor Degree & above
- Fluent in English
