Duties / Responsibilities: To ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales orders to meet customers requirements. To follow up shipping details to ensure orderly fulfilment of sales orders according to SOPs. To handle customers inquiries and work with responsible parties professionally to meet customers requirements. To manage customer complaints and follow-up with QM/QA via QNS in timely manner To manage return orders & rebates according to standard operational procedures To manage & maintain customer/ material related database efficiency and accountability 1、确保准确及时地处理所有销售订单,以满足客户的要求。 2、跟进发货细节,确保根据SOP有序完成销售订单。 3、处理客户咨询,专业与责任人合作,满足客户要求。 4、通过QNS及时管理客户投诉并跟进QM/QA。 5、根据标准操作程序管理退货订单和回扣。 6、管理和维护与客户/材料相关的数据库效率。
Required Skills / Experience and Attributes: Bachelor Degree, CET 4 minimum Min 2years of Customer service related experience and background Excellent communication skills, Customer-oriented mindset, Fluent in English and Mandarin, SAP skill and Chemical company is preferred 1、本科学历,工商管理、国际经济、国际航运、贸易或物流管理相关专业优先。 2、快速的学习能力及良好的沟通能力,理解并关注客户所需。 3、英语可作为工作语言,读写熟练。 4、2年海外订单跟进/物流相关工作经验者,有SAP系统经验优先。
