岗位要求/Job requirements: 1. 机械设计工程相关专业毕业,大学本科或以上学历(起重机方向的应届毕业生亦可) Graduated from Mechanical Design Engineering or related, with a bachelor's degree or above (Fresh graduates in the field of cranes are also eligible) 2. 一年以上起重机行业设计经验(起重机方向的应届毕业生亦可) More than one year of design experience in the crane industry (Fresh graduates in the field of cranes are also eligible) 3. 熟悉起重机设计,对欧式卷扬和葫芦起重机的设计较为深刻的了解(具体为多支点起重机、垃圾焚烧起重机、自动化仓储起重机设计经验者更佳) Familiar with crane design, with a deep understanding of the design of European style winch and hoist cranes (especially for multi support point cranes, garbage incineration cranes, and automated storage cranes with design experience is preferred) 4. 熟悉运用CAD、Solidworks等设计软件,熟悉掌握CAD具备清晰制图能力 Familiar with the use of design software such as CAD and Solidworks, and proficient in CAD with clear drawing skills 5. 基础英语或西班牙语能力(能够看懂英文技术文件、英文邮件) Basic English or Spanish proficiency (able to understand English or Spanish technical documents and English or Spanish emails) 岗位职责/Job responsibilities: 1. 为项目提供方案和制造图纸、审核生产技术图纸。 Provide solutions and manufacturing drawings for the project, and review production technical drawings. 2. 根据合同编制IPC文件。 Prepare IPC documents according to the contract. 3. 检查PO中的技术部分。 Check the technical part in the PO. 4. 生产过程中的检查。 Inspection during the production process. 5. 生产后的质量检查并提供报告。 Conduct quality inspections after production and provide reports. 6. 进货检验并提供报告(来自GH总部的部件)。 Incoming inspection and provision of reports (components from GH headquarters). 7. 核对总部的技术资料和图纸。 Verify the technical data and drawings of the headquarters. 8. 为项目、售后服务、采购等部门提供技术支持。 Provide technical support to departments such as project, after-sales service, procurement, etc. 9. 与客户进行技术交流。 Conduct technical exchanges with customers. 10. 对新员工进行技术培训。 Provide technical training to new employees. 11. 对市场及竞争对手进行技术比较分析,准备支持性技术PPT。 Conduct technical comparative analysis on the market and competitors, and prepare supporting technical PPTs. 12. 主管安排的技术部其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by the supervisor to the technical department.
