Responsibilities: 1)Implement universal Document Template; 统一公司通用的文档模板; 2)Implement standard Company Uniform; 制定并统一标准化的工服; 3)Implement standard BU’s Business Reporting Template; 制定针对各BU的标准化商务通用汇报模板; 4)Develop minimal requirement for Hiring Process; 制定招聘流程要求; 5)Develop & Implement Employee Handbook; 制定员工手册; 6)Ensure Title code & clear Job Description for employees; 制定员工职责描述; 7)Ensure mechanism for regular goal setting & KPI reviews; 制定定期的目标及KPI审核机制; 8)Ensure group, department level, BU level and Project level communication mechanism; 确保集团、各部门、各事业部及项目部各部门之间的有效沟通; 9)Identify clear employee training & development program and implement & follow up regularly; 定期举行员工培训及发展计划; 10)Develop and implement code of conduct directives - bribery, cheating & rudeness etc.. 制定员工行为准则,如贿赂、欺骗以及其他不合规的行为等; 11)Implement Customer Care Team & Procedure; 制定客户接待流程; 12)Corporate Social Responsibilities – Planning; 公司企业社会责任的规划; 13)Company’s Team Building, Sport & Recreational activities Calendar. 公司团建、员工娱乐活动的安排等。 Requirements: 1)Have relevant work experience as T&D manager; 有培训经理相关的工作经验; 2)5 years work experience is required; 5年工作经验; 3)Have good eloquence,research and development ability; 口才好、具有研发能力; 4)Careful,patient,and strong presentation ability; 细心、耐心、演讲能力强; 5)High work enthusiasm, good team work spirit; 高度的工作热情,良好的团队合作精神; 6)Has strong influence and service ability. 具有较强的影响力和服务能力。 7)Fluent in listening and speaking English as a working language. 英语作为工作语言,听说流利。
