2）Implement standard Company Uniform;
制定并统一标准化的工服；
3）Implement standard BU’s Business Reporting Template;
制定针对各BU的标准化商务通用汇报模板；
4）Develop minimal requirement for Hiring Process;
制定招聘流程要求；
5）Develop & Implement Employee Handbook;
制定员工手册；
6）Ensure Title code & clear Job Description for employees;
制定员工职责描述；
7）Ensure mechanism for regular goal setting & KPI reviews;
制定定期的目标及KPI审核机制；
8）Ensure group, department level, BU level and Project level communication mechanism;
确保集团、各部门、各事业部及项目部各部门之间的有效沟通；
9）Identify clear employee training & development program and implement & follow up regularly;
定期举行员工培训及发展计划；
10）Develop and implement code of conduct directives - bribery, cheating & rudeness etc..
制定员工行为准则，如贿赂、欺骗以及其他不合规的行为等；
11）Implement Customer Care Team & Procedure;
制定客户接待流程；
12）Corporate Social Responsibilities – Planning;
公司企业社会责任的规划；
13）Company’s Team Building, Sport & Recreational activities Calendar.
公司团建、员工娱乐活动的安排等。
Requirements:
1）Have relevant work experience as T&D manager;
有培训经理相关的工作经验;
2）5 years work experience is required;
5年工作经验；
3）Have good eloquence,research and development ability;

4）Careful,patient,and strong presentation ability;
