Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for meeting organization, communication and coordination, document writing and distribution between the internal and external departments, plant and supplier; 2. Implement the department's corporate culture, and organize relevant activities for both internal and external party; 3. Organization of all Supplier Events and escalation meetings; 4. Take care about repeating topics like weekly reports, business trip planning and organize the visit of BMW and GWM Supporters Inc. Draft the agenda and transportation arrangement and business trip application and expense claim 5. Contact partner for audit activities and IT management 6. Prepare the Project reports for the weekly meetings, follow up open topics and escalate where necessary. 7. The other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. More than 5 years' working experience, Auto industry preferred. 3. Fluent English, agile thinking, strong logic, strong communication, coordination, project management and filing & Documentation, especially organizational skills; 4. Have a sense of learning, proactive thinking, advice giving, fast feedback and confidentiality and cross-cultural fusion. 5. Good Office software skills such as Powerpoint, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel etc.
