Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Manage accounting of factory costing to ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
2. Monthly production cost review and analysis, inform management team if any operational deviation.
3. Collaborate with operation team to develop and implement related costing optimization, and cost saving initials.
4. Responsible for the daily management of the production Module in ERP.
5. Continuously optimize system logic and improve system operability based on actual requirements.
6. Budgeting.
7. BOM correction and process improvement.
8. Other task assigned by the company.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in accounting, finance or a related field.
2. More than 10 years experiences in manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge & experience in factory inventory and costing management.
3. Familiar with digital and automated production system and experience in ERP implementation is preferred.
4. Experience in big 4 CPA firms and process optimization is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. English: must be fluent in both written and oral.
7. Be familiar with different working environment (both foreign company and Private Company).
8. Comply with company policies, company employee handbook, rules and regulations issued and updated by company in real time.
