职位设置目的 Purpose of Position: -To represent CGT and be in charge of all sales and program management activities for key OEMs in China -To identify market opportunities in China and abroad -To coordinate the successful launch
首要职责 Principal Accountabilities: -Sell CGT Chinese and NA products to Chinese customers, prepare and negotiate quotes, resulting in key programs been sourced to CGT -Generate and manage business plan and forecast for OEMs responsible -Identify, develop and launch new programs in China -Participate in CGT global strategy team to determine appropriate products for the China markets -Management of China parts approvals at Chinese OEMs, Tier 1s and other customers - Establish and monitor timelines – monitor progress and action on issues - Update customers on a consistent basis - Direct CGT on submission schedules for products - Coordinate PPAP approvals -Provide succinct demand to CGT Manufacturing facilities to ensure supply continuity -Facilitate quality resolution with customers (through CGT-S QC and PAS)
学历及技能要求 Knowledge and Skill Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year sales experience in Automotive industry - Eager to take on accountability and demonstrate in-charge attitude in responsible areas - Ability to work independently but also works well with fellow team members - Expert knowledge of assigned products, processes and markets - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills – English and Chinese - Bottom-line profit oriented - Effective time management and organizational skills - Ability to travel nationally
