Major responsabilities
- Chartering Assignments
? Ensure vessels adhere to charter party terms, facilitating swift turnaround.
? Regularly report shipping and operational details to track sales volume, revenue, KPI and margin savings.
? Collaborate with concerned parties to streamline operations.
? Assure that all necessary info is collected, organized, and included into the different tools, especially SAP and IMOS
- Analyst Assignments
? Collect and Organize market data, prepare, and communicate internal and external documents such as notes, PowerPoint presentations, and market reports.
? Assist in generating reports crucial for managing logistics activities.

Knowledge and skills
? Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Shipping/Logistics.
? Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in IT tools.
? Fluent in English and in Mandarin; French is advantageous.
? Detail-oriented, dynamic, and capable of independent work.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in optimization tools, Excel, and shipping operating software.
? Analytical aptitude with a propensity for mathematics and synthesis.
Preferred Qualifications
? Knowledge of IMOS and SAP.
? Comfortable with Excel and business intelligence tools
