Job Responsibility: Business Development & Relationship Management 1. Develop initiatives to generate sales leads that turn into potential customers and clients; 2. Develop prospect clients to discover consumer needs and ensure the sales revenue targets are met; 3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to corporate, agents, brokers and any other partners; 4. Identify and maximize business opportunity to expand the new client base and increase the service utilization; 5. Manage the corporate product/service package design in liaison with key internal and external stakeholders; 6. Weekly Report on sales pipeline, provide frequent feedback to sales management and present initiatives on how toincrease turnover; 7. Represent the business on clients meeting, networking events and other outreach events in collaborating with marketing team.
Marketing Support 1. Act as business partner of parkway to ensure the support of business development and marketing activities; 2. Conduct quarterly performance report to identify business drivers and provide initiatives for growing and expending business;
Requirements: Graduate with bachelor’s degree; 5 years’ previous experience in corporate sales/ health management, medical insurance agent preferred; Healthcare/ MNC working experience is a plus with strong previous sales performance record. Considerable and broad experience in solution selling in Business-to-business environment and/or service sectors. Focus on account management to drive solid results; Good command of detailed administrative work, Office, Excel and PPT skills
