岗位职责: - Develop regional wholesale/franchise business and store expansion plans to achieve company's annual goals; - Manage and optimize wholesale customer’s performance, promote and replace the customers if necessary; - Objectively evaluate the performance of franchisees and stores, effectively expand new franchisees and implement feasible purchasing plans with wholesale customers; - Achieve the sales targets on the respective markets and presenting new business development strategies - Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts and follow-ups with wholesale partners and customer negotiation agreements; - Well and deeply understand the market situation, industry trends and competitive brands of the region, and gather market intelligence and trend information. - Maintain and manage franchisees, maintain business relationships, and assist franchisees in negotiations; - Monitor regional customers to achieve store standards and align with brand operation regulations; - Responsible for regional channel development negotiation, review and determination, and follow up the operation quality of newly opened stores; - Coordination with other department team (Buying, VM, Marketing, Operation) to resolve customer (esp. key accounts) problems, assist franchisee to enhance professional ability and build up proper operational structure.
