Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of global contracted freight forwarders performance management including ocean, air, rail, organized the GIT/MBR/QBR performance review.
- Daily freight forwarding operation coordination, leading the forwarders achieving the OTP and meeting the business requirement.
- SOP maintenance and international transportation CIP owner.
- New forwarders implementation & training.
- Escalation points for manufactories for any logistics issues.
- Proactively working with stakeholders for any exceptional case handling.
- Fully understand the global supply chain vision and business requirement, conduct regular and qualitative business case analysis to optimize operation process and shorten lead-time.
- Professional make decision independently within a fixed set of mutually agreed business rules.
- Sensitive insight on global international market.
- Assist head of Global control tower to develop the business and functions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in supply chain management, freight forwarding, Logistics, global trading& compliance, with project management and regional coordination role will be a plus.
- Excellent analysis skill in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, fluent on both verbal and written English is must.
- Customer oriented—Professional, proactively and agile managing the customers expectation.
- Teamwork and responsible, result orientation and self-motivated with ability to work on multi tasks.
- Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Detail orientation and hands on.
- Excellent skills on Visio, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Excellent presentation skill both in Chinese and English to senior management, customers, suppliers, stakeholders, etc. in big group.
