About the job: 1.Work with existing customers or working in projects. 2.Timely create Sales Order in ERP 3.Purchase components of project per purchase requirement. 4.Tracking components OA & review components timely and keep those delivery on time. 5.Checking and record commercial data of OA, provide project components status list to project engineer. 6.Timely arrange logistics and reasonably use transportation mode. 7.Timely arrange customs E book data to OEM to ensure that components arrived on time. 8.Handle vender’s invoice. 9.Monitor the parts and schedule production on time according to customer demand and remind the line manager when the demand is peak. 10.Monitor the pricing of extra cost of OEM 11.Timely provide delivery documents to customers and close ERP order. 12.Timely record the data team required. 13.Collect and sort out certificates
What you konw: 1.Good communication and coordination skill. 2.Problem solving treat problems as opportunities, willing to learn problem solving tools and practice in daily work. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure. 3.Data analysis. Able to apply usual formulas/pivot table, prepare some usual charts in excel. 4.Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues. 5.Bachelor’s degree major and familiar with order handling. 6.At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain area of manufacturing industry. 7.Experienced in ERP system. 8.Experienced in MS OFFICE esp.: excel and PowerPoint 9.Excellent English both in spoken and written.
