Job Description -Build relationship with customers and understand the needs and requirement -Develop effective sourcing strategy and build strong vendor network to support business growth -Manage Product Development process to ensure products can meet customer quality and budget requirements. -Responsible for daily merchandising activities from sample arrangement, price negotiation, order follow up, production control and quality assurance. -Work closely with cross functional teams -Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements -College degree or above, minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising. -Candidate with solid product knowledge and experience in Kitchenware or Tableware and Seasonal categories is preferred -Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin -Experience in handling Latin American market is a plus -Well organized individual with strong problem solving and communication skills. Able to work under pressure -Highly efficient; enjoy working in fast pace environment, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines -Good team player -Traveling is required
