Job Tasks 1、Following SOP to ensure the service provided achieve KPI / expectation. 2、Handle customers’ bookings for airfreight export via emails, faxes, or phone calls. 3、Create Job Number and input shipment data in systems, close job files and issue invoices to clients. Ensure data input timely and accurately. 4、Coordinate with Gateway for space booking with airlines. 5、Correspondences with counter BUs for inquiries and shipment status. 6、Assist with customers’ inquiries and provide support for local handling solution and/or quotations via email if necessary. 7、Shipment status monitor end to end, update status delivers to all related parties in a timely manner. 8、Make sure billing accuracy against tariff. 9、Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs
Job Requirements 1、3-5 years relevant work experience in the air freight industry 2、Language skills: Fluent in local language and English 3、Microsoft office – excel and word document
