POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1.Work as customer logistics order and forecast window and transfer customer demand to MPS in ACE precisely and on time. ？
作为客户物流订单和预测窗口，准确及时地将客户需求传递给ACE。
2.Make proper daily, weekly delivery plan based on customer order and forecast, make sure 100% on time delivery.
根据客户订单和预测制定适当的每日、每周交货计划，确保100%准时交货。
3.Gather monthly forecast from customer and make waterfall monthly and EQ quarterly.
收集客户的月度预测，制定月度和季度的瀑布预测。
4.Trace customer order and forecast fluctuation and inform material planning and production planning in time.
跟踪客户订单并预测波动，及时通知物料计划和生产计划。
5.Monitor, follow up, report accurate inventory levels in ACE and 3rd warehouse and control the inventory level.
监控、跟进、报告ACE和第三仓库的准确库存水平，并控制库存水平。
6.Monitor, follow up, report accurate inventory levels in customer side.
监控、跟进、报告客户方的准确库存水平。
7.Involve new project from SL2 and attend related meeting, get proper launch plan from project team.
参与SL2的新项目并参加相关会议，从项目团队获得合适的启动计划。
8.Get product EOP information from sales, customer or other channel, execute EOP procedure strictly to control dead stock.
从销售、客户或其他渠道获取产品EOP信息，严格执行EOP程序，控制呆滞库存。
9.Receive and follow up logistics issues and complaint from customer.
接收并跟进客户的物流问题和投诉。
10.Ensure all data including inventory data accurate and on time.
确保所有数据，包括库存数据准确、及时。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1.Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Planning, Production, Engineering or related fields.
物流、规划、生产、工程或相关专业本科学历。
2.More than 2 years of supply chain management experience.
2年以上供应链管理经验。3.Strong Data analytical skills.
较强的数据分析能力。
4.Knowledge of international logistics and trading business.？
了解国际物流和贸易业务。
5.Strong experience on ERP systems application, QAD is plus.
有丰富的ERP系统应用经验，QAD优先。
6.Strong communication and planning skills.
较强的沟通和规划能力。
7.Proactive, team player, highly motivated, mature & flexible.？
积极主动、团队合作、积极主动、成熟灵活。
8.Proficiency on English, Japanese. Korea, or German is a plus.
精通英语、日语。韩语或德语优先。
