In this role you will be responsible for:
Sales
1.When selling COTY products, we can meet customer needs and create a good shopping experience for customers through high-quality services
销售COTY产品时能满足客户需求，通过高标准的服务为顾客营造良好的购物体验
2.Keen awareness and understanding of customer needs and achieve your sales target
敏锐察觉客户需求
3.Recommend and display personalized products for customers, including perfume, cosmetics and skin care products
为顾客建议并展示个性化的产品，包括香水、化妆品和护肤品等

CRM
1.Maintain good customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty to the brand, and pay attention to new customer recruitment and conversion to old customers
维系良好的客情关系，提高顾客的品牌忠诚度，同时关注新客招募及新客转老客

Counter operation
1.Participate in the maintenance of counter sales according to the company's guidelines including inventory, administrative tasks
根据公司规定参与柜台销售的维护包括库存管理，行政工作
2.Comply with company and counter operation requirements (attendance...) and COTY beauty guidelines
遵守公司各项规定（出勤等）以及COTY美容准则

We’d love to see candidates who have:
1.1-2 years of sales experience 1-2年的销售经验
2.Sales experience in cosmetics&perfume (preferred) 具有彩妆&香水销售经验（优先考虑）
3.High service awareness, self-motivated and result oriented高度的服务意识，自我激励结果为导向
4.Good communication and organizational skills, optimistic and proactive 有良好的沟通能力和组织能力，乐观积极
