goFLUENT is seeking an experienced Account Executive in China to play a pivotal role in expanding our business activities within the Chinese market. As a member of the goFLUENT team, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and international setting, acquiring new key accounts, collaborating with prestigious corporate clients, and fostering enduring, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers nationwide.
Responsibilities: 1. Take charge of managing the designated target market and cultivating prospect accounts independently. 2. Identify, cultivate, and secure a targeted list of potential accounts. 3. Drive sales growth through proactive initiatives. 4. Engage with potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, networking, online and offline meetings, and event participation. 5. Present proposals to prospective clients and implement follow-up strategies. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and deal closure. 7. Maintain precise sales reports and forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and update client information in our Salesforce CRM tool. 8. Actively participate in global marketing initiatives alongside our international teams. 9. Collaborate closely with global sales, customer success, and learning consulting teams, reporting directly to the General Manager in China.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for a background in SaaS or HR solutions. 2. Strong sales experience in the HR sector, with an existing HR network being advantageous. 3. Proficiency in building and managing regional accounts and projects. Demonstrated ability to prospect and manage an assigned territory effectively to drive revenue growth. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong team-oriented approach. 5. Self-motivated and capable of excelling in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment.
