Assist Visual Merchandising Manager to lead & manage the team,
Pro-active to provide suggestions and solution to the stores in terms of VM display according to the VM guidelines.
Coordinate with Merchandising in the stores and window to meet corporate image standard.
Deliver and coach frontline teammates on in-store visual merchandising.
Responsible for coaching VM installation of window and in-store props.
Manage the delivery and inventory of VM props in your region.
Deal with vendors in materials sourcing and follow up productions.
Responsible for POP and graphic design.
Diploma in Visual Merchandising or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 - 6 years' hand-on experience in visual merchandising & instore set-up, preferably in fashion retail industry.
Good VM installation skills, with strong sense of fashion styling.
A self-motivated team-player with good communication & presentation skills.
Good written and spoken English is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, movie cutting and Illustrator.
Outdoor work and material sourcing are needed.
