- SQA responsible for supplier selection and qualification process for electrical components, such as converters, motors, generators, transformers, cabinets.
- Responsible for conducting audits and assessments at supplier.
- Tracking of audit findings and evaluation of defined corrective actions.
- Coordination of systematic supplier and product qualification to ensure Nordex quality demands as part of project work (APQP).
- Responsible for quality related development and escalation activities at suppliers.
- Monitoring supplier performance with the use of KPI.

Requirements:
1. Good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001.
2. Good understanding and implementation of PPAP / APQP(4Wind), 8D, RCA.
3. Good English speaking, writing.
4. Convincing manner and excellent communication skills towards internal and external.
5. Good and at least 3 years’ experience in:
i. Good background for at least 2 of next parts: cables, transformers, cabinets, generator, converters. Good experience of electric assembly, and knowledge of type tests and routine tests.
ii. Know the critical electric assembly control points.
6. Good understanding and working under cross-culture background or experience.
