主要职责 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 本岗位适合在ADAS或汽车电子测试(包括研发验证性测试和确认性测试)领域具有技术和销售类工作经验的人才。本岗位的任职者将与整车厂/零部件供应商/科研院校和科研机构等建立商业拓展的联系,并且向客户提供和推广基于PXI系统的测试解决方案以及其他康莱德产品。 This is a position provided to talents who has the engineering and sales working experiences in automotive testing related realms (embracing production line test and V&V test) and is interested to manage business development activities with customers such as OEM, Tiers and Universities/institutes by providing PXI based test solutions and other Konrad products. The main duties and responsibilities as follows: - 根据公司商业拓展战略和销售目标制定销售计划与策略 Developing personal sales strategies and tactics based on the company Business Development strategies and sales targets. - 执行销售活动以实现阶段性销售目标 Implementing sales activities to accomplish periodical sales targets. - 协助市场同事进行市场分析,参与展会,会议,研讨会并且提供技术演讲 Support the marketing team from Konrad in carrying out market analysis, attending trade shows, conferences, Workshops and making technical presentations. - 建立可受益于康莱德科技提供的产品和解决方案的强大核心客户网 Building up a strong network of core clients, which can benefit from Products and Solutions Konrad Technologies can provide.
入职基础要求 BASIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - 工程类学科本科及以上学位 Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering related majors. - 可以使用普通话和英语作为工作语言 Be able to use Mandarin and English as working language. - 优秀的人际影响力与演讲能力 Excellent interpersonal influencing and presenting skills. - 具备为客户展示产品和解决方案的杰出能力 Excellent in presenting product and solution capabilities to customers.
