Responsibilities: 1. Working with the Vice G.M. to develop the evolving business strategy. 2. Promotion of the Davanti brand, along with other nominated associate brands throughout your assigned territory. 3. Develop relationships with decision makers within your customers (and where possible with their customers) to ensure they are fully committed to the brands. 4. Working in conjunction with our distribution partners to help and promote the brands to a variety of businesses throughout their territory. 5. Develop and implement incentives and promotions to encourage brand engagement. 6. Identify and develop new business opportunity for the brands including wholesale, national & regional retail, medium fleets and car dealerships. 7. Play an active role in the development of the marketing strategy with the support of the existing marketing team. 8. Provide training collateral for the sales teams which assist them in understanding and promoting the brands educating them on the features and benefits. 9. Introduction of new products – ensure they are properly presented across the sales teams and that buyers actively order and promote them. 10. Attending trade-based events in Europe, Australia, Dubai, South American and possibly Russia to build further brand awareness.
Qualification: 1. 3-year sales aftermarket working experience, master professional tyre product knowledge, familiar with dynamics of the tyre industry. 2. Energetic and passionate about driving sales and building relationships. 3. Results driven. 4. Excellent presentation skills. 5. Adaptable to working in different business environments. 6. Ability to embrace change. 7. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the world. 8. Flexibility to react to new market opportunities including potential business in Asian-Pacific region 9. Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English, CET6 or above. 10. Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
