?Min. 6 years working experience in retailing industry ideally in high end fashion with min. 4 years in store management role. ?Energetic with outgoing personality. Team player, motivated and persistent in achieving success. Possess good leadership and management skills. ?Excellent command of both written and spoken English. ?Excellent Customer Service and sales skills. Customer-oriented with proven ability to resolve all customer complaints/enquires satisfactorily. ?Tailoring knowledge is advantageous. ?Proficiency in PC operation esp. in World, Excel, etc. ?Strong presentation & interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate across different disciplines and levels of management. ?Ability to conduct relevant analysis and prepare appropriate reports as requested by Management.
