Position Summary:
负责服务部ERP操作，维修车间及售后服务文件制作及数据、信息整理统计。
Responsible for ERP operation of the service department, document preparation of maintenance workshop, data and information collation and statistics

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 负责处理维修订单的 ERP 操作 ，维修工单的录入，下发，结算；
Responsible for ERP operation of maintenance orders, input, issue and settlement of maintenance work orders.
2. 负责维修真空泵的数据、信息录入和统计；
Responsible for maintenance vacuum pump data, information entry and statistics.
3. 负责服务工程师日常周报的收集及统计、日常采购申请单的取号，打印，跟踪签字流程；
Responsible for the collection and statistics of daily /weekly reports of service engineers, the number acquisition, printing and tracking of the signature process of daily purchase applications;.
4. 负责部门同事的相关文件的打印，复印，扫描，盖章等；
Responsible for printing, copying, scanning and stamping related documents of colleagues in the department;.
5. 完成主管交办的其他工作。
Complete other jobs assigned by line manager.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
