This role is working as team member of customer technical support team and provides professional support to our customers. This role is based in Shanghai and will have travel.

Key Job Responsibility
1. Own/support engineering design of spec-in
2. Application experts focus on spec-in
3. Training/Technical support to sales team and distributors

Requreiments
1. Bachelor degree or above in building materials, architecture, civil engineering, HVAC and water supply and drainage or other related majors. Graduates with 2-3 years working experience
2. Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation and building/ maintaining solid relationship
3. Energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently
