Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment ? Conduct CV screening and interviews ? Manage staff on-boarding and exit ? Monthly report update 2. Training ? Conduct new joiner induction training ? Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of annual training plan ? Collect & analyze training evaluation results 3. Personnel Admin. ? Handle expatriate affairs ? Personnel data maintenance and documents fling 4. Office Management ? Assist company’s visitors with their travel issues, including visa, accommodation and transportation etc. ? Manage office supply providers ? Assist HRM with office projects such as office renovation
Requirements: - Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources Management an advantage - 3+ years related experience in similar role - Fluent spoken & written English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good working attitude and quick learner - Proven problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
