Purpose of Job
China Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing overall Supply Chain strategy for one of our Business Sectors in China, as well as to manage end to end Supply Chain operations to ensure full alignment with business strategy.

Principal Accountabilities
? Drive China supply chain activities to ensure full compliance with country/sector compliance policies, procedures and standards.
? Manage China’s overall end to end supply chain performance including demand and supply planning, inventory control, materials management, customer service and transportation & distribution (import and export), warehouse, etc.
? Facilitate global/sector/China strategy and ensure its delivery of supply chain management strategies in China to support business priorities and profitability.
? Drive supply chain continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives in line with sector/China overall objectives and strategy, including optimise Customer Performance with a clear Focus on Cost and Cash Flow.
? Develop China supply chain excellence tools and processes, tracks relevant KPIs and based on analysis of relevant information that leads to further improvements.
? Identify and optimise opportunities for procurement leverage, working with the Strategic raw material team, and efforts in collaboration with Procurement function. Researches, negotiates, maintains, and regularly evaluates relationships and contracts with external suppliers so to ensure optimal supply efficiencies that meet its standards of quality, security, timeliness, and cost.
? Drive to create synergies from China end-to-end supply chain cross multi functions and partners (commercial, production, procurement, customers, and suppliers) and standardize operational processes and goals.
? Lead and develop China Supply Chain team to better upskill team competences.
? Foster a higher performing and engaging team.

Qualification
? University degree and Post graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
? >8 years of full supply chain experience such as Planning, procurement, logistics experience in a complex multinational environment, with at least 5 years focusing on end to end supply chain management.
? Deep user experience in SAP, S&OP software and process experience.
? Supply Chain Leadership experience with at least 5 years as a people leader.
? Excellent influencer, be comfortable to communicate at all levels both in English and mandarin.
? Good team player and comfortable to work in a challenging business environment.
? Passion for supply chain and all the benefits which can bring to the business.
? Automotive industry experience is welcomed.
? High ethical standards
