Key Responsibilities:
? In alignment with central competence groups, to support product development projects, manufacturing projects & customer performance analysis related to polymer material (cage, seals...)
? To collaborate with SKF central competence groups on fundamental research projects
? To support the polymer supplier’s development and release
? To support the failure analysis related the polymer cage and seals.
? To train to colleagues to enhance technical competence
? To collaborate with external universities / institutes
? To participate in technical seminars & conference, summarize polymer material technical trend.

Required Skills and Working Experience:
? Master’s degree or above in polymer.
? At least 3 years on polymer (PTFE, PU, PA, ACM, EPDM…) related working experience in industry, management experience is preferred.
? Familiar with polymer materials, manufacturing process (injection, extrusion, molding…) and analysis equipment/method (TGA, DSC, FTIR, SEM…).
? Familiar with MS-Office practical usage.
? Ability to work across cultures and multicultural environments
? Customer focused, self-motivated, structured and analytical problem solver with a high level of personal drive and commitment
? Good team and networking aptitude, open minded
? Excellent English - written & verbal communication skills
