Job Responsibility/工作职责 1. Support for securing, coordinating and planning of the test bed set-up, the pump assembly and the implementation of all hydraulic and mechatronic measurements on time. Guarantees clear and precise documentation of test results in the form of test reports and electronic databases. 配合、协调和计划测试台位的准备工作,及泵的安装过程和水利、机械、测试设备的准备工作。确保清晰、准确的测试文件、测试报告和测试数据。 2. Support monitoring safety equipment, implementing safety instructions and compliance with safety requirements. 监控测试设备的安全使用,发布安全作业指导并实施。 3. Based on test standard, improve the all test facilities, pipes, control system, data acquisition also. Make sure, that the test facilities are state of the art. 根据测试标准,优化测试设备、测试管路、测试系统和数据收集系统. 4. Support sales department for all technical issues for the testing of our products in the KSB Shanghai test facilities, provide a technical support for the sales and test bed to the customer during acceptance test. 支持销售部门解决关于产品测试的技术问题,在产品见证期间向销售部门和试验台提供必要的技术支持。 5. Supports the technical editor to provide the technical documentation. 协助技术文件的编订。 6. Monitor piping installation and testing process, provide necessary support to production. 监控现场管路的安装过程、测试过程并提供必要的协助。 7. Training testing knowledge and skill to test staff. 测试知识和技能的培训。 8. Fulfill other working tasks by supervisors or managers 完成部门领导布置的其他工作。
Requirements/任职资格 1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in hydraulic, fluid machinery or related fields. 本科以上学历,水利或流体相关专业; 2. More than one year working experience in pump functional test field; Familiar with standards and instructions for pump performance test; Experiences with ISO9906-2012、GBT3216-2016、API610、HI14.6、ISO10816-7、GBT29531、ISO3746、GBT/29529. 一年及以上泵水力性能测试工作经历,熟悉水泵试验的各种标准;熟悉 ISO9906-2012、GBT3216-2016、API610、HI14.6、ISO10816-7、GBT29531、ISO3746、GBT/29529; 3. Familiar with Office and Auto-CAD, UG will be a plus. 熟练操作办公自动化、Auto-CAD, 懂UG操作更佳; 4. Good command of English, both in verbal and writing. 良好的英文听说读写能力; 5. Proactive, responsible and flexible; strong communications capability, team spirit, problem-solving skills, customer and result orientated philosophy, 5S/EHS management. 积极主动,责任心强,灵活应变; 较强的沟通能力, 团队协作能力,解决问题能力,顾客与结果导向, 5S/EHS管理。
