Job Description: 1. Responsible for executing operations in the ERP system, including tasks such as creating new customer files, generating sales orders, handling shipments, and processing invoices. 2. Required to possess the ability to interpret Product BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure the accuracy of processes and product information. 3. Provide accurate quotations to meet customer requirements. 4. Ensure the accurate preparation of daily shipping orders to facilitate smooth logistics operations. 5. Collect and organize relevant data for customer invoicing, ensuring a smooth invoicing process. 6. Responsible for organizing and archiving invoicing-related information for future reference and tracking. 7. Assist in handling customer requirements for wooden crate packaging, involving cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and liaison with relevant suppliers. 8. Actively follow up and expedite account payments to ensure liquidity. 9. Responsible for visiting customers, establishing strong customer relationships, and addressing customer issues and needs. 10. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure overall team operational efficiency.
Job Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's or master's degree. 2. Proficient in Office system operations, familiar with applications such as Excel and Outlook. 3. Experience in ERP system operations. 4. Proficient in English, with excellent reading and writing skills. 5. Possess general customer service skills, including effective communication and expression abilities. 6. Have knowledge of import and export-related business, with preference given to those with chart-reading abilities.
