坐标:上海市中心 report to Sales Training Head
负责销售团队和经销商的销售培训工作
要求:
1 有过3年以上授课培训经验 2 有销售经验 3 出差频率80% 4 45岁以下
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify training needs for commercial team through effective methodology, such as joint call, survey, interview and competency gap analysis, etc. - Develop and implement training plan to enhance sales competencies and address business challenges - Design, develop and update training courses and materials according to business needs - Use formal and informal (blended) learning approaches to deliver effective training - Provide coaching for Sales Managers and Sales Reps after trainings to build learning journey and enhance behavior change - Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement - Communicate outcomes of L&D projects with Senior Leaders - Build strong work relationship with Commercial Team, HR, and other key stakeholders - Perform an active role in communicating and training employees with the company's value and principles. Promote a learning environment within the company
任职资格 - Bachelor’s degree in life science required -5 years above sales or marketing experience in international company. People management and training experience in international company is a plus. - Track record of high performance - Self-directed, proactive, and goal-oriented - Good facilitation, training, and coaching skills - Strong strategic thinking, planning and project management skills - Strong communication and influencing skills - Fast learner and good team player - Mastery in office software, such as PPT, Excel, etc. - Fluent English is preferred - Able to travel 80% of work time
