Responsibilities: 1.Provide recruiting support for project and offer positions; Fulfill other recruitment needs, e.g. experienced/intern hires, with speed and quality 2.Conduct the first round interview and presenting suitable short-list candidates to hiring manager; assist in arrange interviews, offer negotiation and on-board preparations 3.Implement the recruitment tools/systems in China base on the guidance from HQ 4.Assist the Recruiting Manager to complete the important Staffing projects as needed 5. Develop new recruitment channels 6. Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above 2.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills 3.Fluent in both written and spoken English 4.Good team work with people having diverse background 5.Skillful in using EXCEL, PPT and other office software 6.3 years+ recruitment experiences needed
