工作任务 Tasks: lead the planning and implementation of project facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables define project tasks and resource requirements develop full scale project plans assemble and coordinate project staff manage, track and report project budget and used resources manage and coordinate project resource allocation plan and schedule project timelines incl. the interferences between different projects track project deliverables using appropriate tools provide direction and support to project team constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs project evaluations and assessment of results work in international project teams
岗位要求 Requirements: bachelor or Master Degree with technical background strong personality with very good management skills personality with high confidentiality critical thinking and problem solving skills at least 5 years experience in a job with technical background very good Mandarin and English skills (German would be a plus) qualification in project management or equivalent good presentation skills, data management and evaluation skills good understanding of technical drawings good PDM and SAP experience and good understanding of BOM’s willingness to travel and overwork if needed very good intercultural skills experience in Process Engineering would be a plus
