Main Accountabilities Controls and understands the changes in the sales structure as well as the changes in pricing (LTAs, Savings on current business, bonus). Provides regular information to related business partners (reports, analyses, etc.) to get an understanding of current developments compared to Plans and Forecasts). Challenges and supports the business partners in achieving the targets. Supports cash flow target achievement by setting up proper credit controls for customers. Drives inventory reduction by analyzing, understanding and challenging safety stocks and lead times for main materials. Understands in general the market and customer development (incl. pricing, strategy and future the profitability of the customers and products) Manage the preparation of the cost accounting records; develop and implement the cost control systems and procedures, compute the project costs, compare the actual costs to the estimates and analyze the variances Analyze the cost records and the calculation of the unit cost for the products or services related to a specific job or project; examine any costs that seem contrary to past experience Manage a consolidated annual budget plan, establish and coordinate the budgeting systems and procedures; identify and analyze the variations Monitor and review the actual financial performance against the budget, for the comparison between the current situation and the budgeted forecast Interpret the financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations for improvements and prepare the monthly review meeting. Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility. Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site’s safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy. Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines. Experiences: At least 1 year experience in financial/controlling operations. SAP knowledge in FI/CO module as a plus. Certificates: CPA as a plus Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of SAP knowledge in other module as a Plus Foreign language: Fluent in written and oral English.
