3.To keep contact with airlines and agents to collect market info
联系航司和各供应商了解市场渠道和各类信息采集
4.To enquire with airlines and agents
通过航空公司和订舱一代订舱窗口询价询仓位
5.Quote accurately to oversea office/agent.
准确报价给海外
6.To make consol plan according to foreast & actual cargo details and tt requirement
根据实际到货数据和客户需要的到目的港时间混装清单
7.To determin cosol plan according to BSA and loading & ULD requirement from airlines in order to reduce cost
根据合约和航司要求制作最优化混装计划达到成本最为集约化
8.E-booking or booking online, AMS and etc according to client’s needs.
根据客户所需要的服务要求确认细节，完成订舱工作。
9.To coordinate with ground handling agent to fulfill ULD loading and delivery physically
协调地面操作组板交货
10.Print HAWB correctly on time with instruction.
及时准确打印提交分单
11.Ensure collection timely of all shipment related documets.
及时收集所有货物相关文件
12.Trigger EDI correctly on time. Contact shipper, monitor cargo arrival time. 及时发送EDI，与客户保持联系，跟进货到时间
13.Coordinate with shipper and broker, follow up the customs clearance process.
协调发货人和报关行，解决报关问题
14.Completed in time for cargo list in excel. Send pre-alert and invoice to oversea
及时更新台帐信息, 准确完成发票的开具和发送, 及时将预报给海外
15.Following up oversea office/customer’s complaints and feedback in time. 及时处理投诉并反馈
16.Monitor the flight schedule, inform oversea office any delay or cancellation.
跟进航班信息，如有异常及时通知
17.To deal with abnormal flight status and follow up till problem solved
不正常航班后续事宜
18.To share knowhow internally to department colleagues as internal training 对公司内部其他同事做航线知识培训和宣讲
19.Following SOP strictly, finding and settling issues in time.
严格根据SOP作业，及时发现处理问题
20.Monitor the loading on the spot when necessary.
必要时现场监装。
21.Back up for team members when necessary.
必要时做同事的后备
22.Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
经理安排的其他任务。
PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION
1.At least 3 years working experience in international freight forwarding industry, airline background will be a plus .
3年以上国际货运代理行业相关岗位经验，有航空公司从业经验优先
2.Easy going team worker
能与业务合作伙伴和同事高效协作
3.Being able to communicate with local agent and client smoothly with easy going personality.

4.being familiar with MS software, being a positive learner
熟悉办公软件，乐于学习
5.being familiar with grouand handling and terminal procedure
熟悉各航空公司以及货栈操作细节

7.being able to travel domestically and internationally
