Job description: 1. Responsible for the daily management of air freight in China, assisting the CEO in formulating annual and quarterly business plans based on the group's strategic goals, breaking down various goals, and implementing and assessing them according to the plan; 2. Manage procurement and pricing, lead freight negotiations, and work closely with global/regional teams to achieve company goals; 3. Organize and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, coordinate and handle various market issues, supervise the achievement of subordinate targets, and support the development of local and overseas customers through various means; 4. Market Information Tower/Compliance Coordination, coordinate the development and operation of air freight routes, and timely grasp changes in air freight rates and sales policies, analyze existing markets and predict future markets. By regularly providing relevant information and presenting the latest developments in the Chinese market to Chinese and overseas networks in a presentable format; 5. Responsible for establishing and improving various management systems, work norms and codes of conduct, reward systems, workflow optimization, and corresponding SOP adjustments for the air freight branch; Continuously optimizing company mechanisms, strengthening management systems, and standardizing work processes; 6. Responsible for organizing and implementing appropriate training programs to ensure that all relevant personnel acquire/retain a solid knowledge foundation related to their tasks; 7. Establish new trade channels for the company and regularly integrate them; 8. Always maintain seamless communication with key stakeholders in other departments to maintain a voice and represent the company in an appropriate manner. 9. Other tasks assigned by the direct manager. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of experience in air freight in the freight forwarding industry, and over 5 years of experience as an air freight manager; 2. Familiar with the domestic, local, and international air freight forwarding industry market, with certain air freight forwarding resources; Priority given to having experience in European and American routes; 3. Have a comprehensive view of the entire Chinese air transportation market, be able to flexibly schedule, and independently establish air transportation product platforms and teams from scratch; 4. Strong management experience, coordination ability, business awareness, and risk warning ability; 5. Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 岗位职责: 1、负责中国区空运日常管理,根据集团的战略目标,协助CEO制定公司年度、季度经营方案,分解各项目标,按照计划实施及考核; 2、 管理采购和定价,带领运费谈判,并与全球/区域团队密切合作,以实现公司目标; 3、 组织领导销售队伍完成销售目标,协调处理各类市场问题,监督下属目标完成情况,通过各种方式支持本地和海外客户的发展; 4、 市场信息塔/合规协调,统筹空运航线的开发、运作,并及时掌握空运货物的运价和销售政策的变化,分析现有市场和预测未来市场。通过定期提供相关信息并以可展示的格式向中国和海外网络提供有关中国市场最新发展的信息; 5、负责建立并完善空运分公司各项管理制度、工作规范及行为准则、奖励制度、工作流程优化及相应的SOP调整事宜;不断优化公司机制,强化管理体制,规范工作流程; 6. 负责组织和执行适当的培训计划,确保所有相关人员获得/保留与其任务相关的坚实知识基础; 7.为公司建立新的贸易通道,定期整合,不断寻找开发优质空运产品; 8.始终与其他部门的关键利益相关者保持无缝沟通,以保持一个声音,以适当的方式代表公司; 9、完成上级领导安排的其他任务。 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,10年以上货代行业空运经验,5年以上空运经理经验; 2. 熟悉国内或本地、国际空运货代行业市场,有一定的空运货代资源; 3. 对整个中国的空运市场有大局观,能灵活调度,可以从无到有独立建立空运产品平台和队伍; 4. 具有较强的管理经验及协调能力及经营意识和风险预警能力 5. 英语听说读写优秀。
