In this role, you will: - Driving right & strong strategies and initiatives to achieve business growth - Managing Costs and Resources to be within FRP and coordinating local requests to support business growth - Support business planning work, e.g. reporting to Group, Regional and WPB leadership team to understand the business performance - Prepare related MI and meeting pack for business planning purpose - Direct cost analysis and monitoring, cost control and deep dive analysis. Qualification： To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or other related field preferred. - Strong managerial, analytical, communications, lateral thinking, influencing and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hands-on computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities - Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills Extra point - Educated to post-graduate degree level in Accountancy, Finance or related field - Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning - Demonstrated business knowledge, outstanding understanding of HSBC structures, processes and objectives across the Group - Outstanding knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc. - Outstanding knowledge of WPB – functionally, operationally and financially - Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business and WPB - Practical experience of major business transformation activities
