1.Analysis of customer requirement, participate into the test concept development, create EOL technical specification for new tester. Participate into the supplier development and selection for new tester.
分析客户需求，参与测试概念的开发，为新的测试设备编写测试规范。并 参与新供应商的开发以及选择。
2.Lead the launch of EOL equipment, from creating technical specification, select machine supplier, machine design, pre-acceptance, final acceptance.
主导下线检测设备的开发以及投产，从编写技术规范，选定供应商，设备设计讨论，预验收，到设备终验收
3.Lead the problem solving of test related, cooperate with machine supplier/product development/Europe team to do the investigation, find the root cause and make the correction action.
主导测试相关问题的分析，与设备供应商/产品开发/欧洲团队合作进行调查研究，找到根本原因以及制定纠正措施.。
4.Create and maintain PFMAE and JES for EOL process.
为下线检测工艺编写并维护PFMEA以及操作指导书。
5.Lead EOL equipment acceptance. Machine MSA, correlation, calibration, OEE, EHS, cycle time, documentation and so on.
主导下线测试设备的验收。设备MSA，相关性测试，设备校准，OEE，EHS，周期时间，文档等等。
6.Create and maintain test programming and test parameter.
编写并维护测试程序以及测试参数。
7.Support and solve the issue during EOL production, ensure the continuous daily production.
支持并解决下线检测生产中的问题，确保持续稳定日常生产。
任职要求：
- Completed technical training with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or vehicle technology
车辆工程，自动化，测试，机电一体化等专业，本科以上学历
- At least 3 years of professional experience as electronics test engineer or Engine test engineer
至少3年以上电子测试，或发动机测试经验
- Experience in project management is an advantage
有项目管理经验更佳
- Programming and AutoCAD skills (Siemens S7, Vector CAPL, CATIA are an advantage)
具备编程和AutoCAD技能(西门子S7, Vector CAPL, CATIA优先)
- Experience of the Vector tools (CanoE/Canap/vFlash/vSignalyzer) is an advantage
有Vector工具应用经验更佳（CanoE/Canap/vFlash/vSignalyzer）
- Experience of NVH testing (DISCOM is an advantage)
有 噪音测试经验（DISCOM软件）更佳
- Can read basic circuit diagram (Product &Machine)
能读懂基本的电路图（产品以及设备的电路图）
- Familiar with IATF16949 system and PFMEA\Control Plan\MSA\SPC\APQP.
熟悉IATF16949系统和PFMEA控制计划、MSA、SPC、APQP。
- Business English skills are essential, German skill also advantageous
良好的英语能力，会德语更佳
- Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
