l To lead Mold Concerned Activities and involve in the plastic parts industrialization at the different
stages of PMP

l Feasibility study for the plastic parts industrialization for example the mold and part cost estimation

l Support design team for parts optimization as DFM,Moldflow, Material…

l Finalize mold specifications, participate in the supplier selection for mold making & molding from technical view

l Support purchaser for the negotiation with supplier to realize maximum saving for mold and part cost

l Follow molds develop and manage supplier sample submission to meet project TTM

l Support supplier to optimize molding process for mold trial

l Qualify molds and transfer molds to plants for production


Requirements:Education: University degree in Engineering.
Job Related Experience:
Mold design & manufacturing experience.
Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products
Knowledge in optimization of molding conditions
Good experience on using CAD software5+ years Mold related experience
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in English. (French is an added advantage)
