Provide general secretarial administrative support to LT and function team, include LT calendar management, email checking on daily basis & summarize priorities for act/alert if required, business travel organization, payments & expenses management, etc. 2. Coordinate internal (meeting minutes, consolidation, presentation etc.) and external meetings, and implements team events/activities and communications. 3. Coordinate the external and global visit, and other administrative tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: bachelor’s degree or above 2. Experience: At least 3+years related experience in Admin 3. Knowledge, technical/professional skill: 3.1 Excellent communication both in English and Chinese as well as inter-personal skill 3.2 Good learning agility and interest on business 3.3 Be flexible to response to unforeseen or urgent needs for providing solutions. 3.4 Good at time management, multi-tasking skills, result-oriented and detail-focused 3.5 Strong team player and good sense of cross function coordination and communication 3.6 Good knowledge of Microsoft office
