Key Responsibility主要职责
/Daily safety/5S monitoring and training in the fabrication shop. Implement the requirement of safety/5S from the management.
/Implement the fabrication schedule per the monthly loading and keep the products fabrication in the schedule and in the budget hours.
/Monitoring of material status to ensure the implementation of scheduled fabrication.
/Be responsible for the shop fabrication process principle.
/Detailed production scheduling management, arrangement of overtime/working shift in demanded.
/Communicate key information to the organization through the daily "shift to shift" plant communication method.
/Coordination the cross-function team to keep the facilities in good condition, raise the outsourcing request, and the other request to assist the fabrication smoothly.
/Escalation of shop fabrication/safety/quality issue by tier meeting and the other channel.
/Organizing the shop leader and the engineering/quality team to solve the fabrication issue timely.
/Weekly/Monthly labor hours report.
/Safety 0 case.
/Finish production within the project budget hours.
/Quality escape less than 2 case2 per year.

/协调跨职能团队保持设备良好状态，提出外包要求，以及其他要求，以协助制造顺利进行。
/通过层级会议和其他渠道升级车间制造/安全/质量问题。
/组织车间领导和工程/质量团队及时解决制造问题。
/每周/每月工时报告。? 安全零事故。
/项目工时预算内完成产品制造。
/现场质量问题每年少于2个。

Qualifications任职要求
/College and above. If outstanding ability, could be less.
/Any one qualification related to the management of shop fabrication/Technical training like welding/technician skill certification/quality management certification.
/At least 8 years’ experience of pressure vessel/piping/structure fabrication, at least 5 years shop experience, and at least 3 years on the management position.
/Master of PV/Piping/Mechanical fabrication process.
/Master of the fixed working hours for various parts/process.
/Familiar with the fabrication requirement of PV/Piping/Structure for domestic/international standard.
/Familiar with 5S management.
/Familiar with the inventory/quality/logistic management except the fabrication.
/Basic English on reading and writing is preferred.
/LEAN knowledge is preferred.

/制造管理，技术培训比如焊接，技师证书，质量管理证书的任何一项。
/至少8年压力容器，管道或者钢结构制造行业经验，5年以上的车间工作经验，并且有3年以上的管理岗位经验。
/精通压力容器，压力管道，机械制造的工艺。
/精通各种产品工艺的固定工时。
/熟悉国标，国际标准的的压力容器，管道和钢结构的制造要求。
/熟悉5S管理要求。
/熟悉除了制造外的库存，质量，物流等的管理。
/良好的跟下级，同级和上级的沟通技巧。
/基本的英文读写能力，优先考虑。
/有精益管理背景的优先考虑。
