Qualification
1 Bachelor's degree
2 Min 8 years sourcing and procurement experience,has experience in commodity management and supplier development
3 Min. 2 years team management experience
4 Work experience in automotive or mechanical manufacturing industry , has purchasing experience in plant (prefered)
5 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, data analysis, problem solving, negotiation and influncing, project management skills
6 Leadership skills, with a collaborative and result-orianted work style
7 Fluent English in both speaking and writing
8 Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP system
Job Description
1 Lead strategic sourcing team to build up each category’s short-term and long-term commodity strategy, consolidate and leverage supply base resources , drive supply chain optimization and integration
2 Build robust supply base, conduct and improve supplier managements to drive overall QCDS performance in alignment with company business goals and objectives.
3 Proactively identify and lead cost reduction and localization initiatives and projects, track project milestones and deliverables
4 Coordinate with global and APAC commodity and strategic team, support and manage global sourcing projects, NPI projects and other initiatives
5 Plan, monitor and report team performance (KPIs), provide coaching and guidiance to team members, involve in problem solving managements
6 Lead the team to comply with sourcing process and procedures, continuously improve work effeciency and compliance management
7 Take lead on contract review, prices negotiation, supplier performance improvement,
8 Work with cross-functional team, support China plant operation and business growth
