Based in Shanghai, we offer full scope brand management and retail services including business development, branding, retail, ecommerce, operations, and brand investment for international aspirational fashion and lifestyle brands. We currently serve as exclusive partners for luxury brands such as Zimmermann, Mackage, R13, Sporty & Rich and more in Greater China. We currently employ around 50+ staff and growing. Chelsey House has an exciting opportunity for a high motivated and entrepreneurial Digital and Social Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing business. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll deliver best-in-class brand activations, oversee omnichannel marketing initiatives, and make an impact in building new luxury brands in an everchanging China market. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in managing Tmall & JD marketplaces and platform to grow sales; Work with EC manager to explore additional business growth (such as the operation support of mini program、Little Red Book、Douyin and official website etc. ) - Independently oversee the business of a single brand or platform, providing effective and constructive opinions and practical solutions to achieve business objectives. - Proactively provide strategies for merchandise, marketing, operations, etc., to stimulate business growth. - Maintain data sensitivity, continuously monitor and analyze the performance of different activities/modules, independently review outcomes, and proactively consider next steps. - Coordinate livestream and content creation, generate high-quality content in line with brand characteristics; proficiently analyze content data, communicate effectively with partners, set corresponding content KPIs, and achieve them successfully. - Support Chelseyhouse new brand online business launch and development. Assist in expanding the brand's online channels (such as Little Red Book, Douyin, POISON, etc.). - 协助管理天猫和京东主平台,以不断提高销售为目标;与电商经理高效合作,探索其他业务增长的市场和机会,比如小程序,小红书、抖音、官网等渠道的运营支持。 - 独立负责单一品牌或平台的业务,提供有效且富有建设性的意见和可行方案,以实现业务目标。 - 可积极主动提供商品、营销、运营、推广等策略,来促进生意增长。 - 保持数据的敏感性,时刻监督和分析不同活动/不同模块的数据表现,来独立复盘结果以及主动思考下一步动作。 - 独立统筹直播和内容,根据品牌特色生成高质量的内容;能够及时分析内容数据效果,与合作伙伴友好沟通,设定相应的内容KPI并有效实现。 - 积极参与Chelseyhouse旗下新品牌的线上生意发展,品牌线上渠道开拓(比如小红书,抖音,得物等)。 QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 2 year of full-time EC experience. - Independently responsible for overseeing the operations of e-commerce platforms. - Familiar with e-commerce operational logic. - Good English communication skill. - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Sensitive to data and have strong logical. - Highly organized with strong ownership & passion for the brand. - Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - 两年以上电商相关的全职工作经验。 - 有独立负责电商平台运营经验(天猫/京东/小红书/抖音等)。 - 熟悉电商平台运营逻辑。 - 具备商务英语沟通及书写能力。 - 熟练使用各种办公软件(PPT/EXCEL/Word等)。 - 对于数据有敏感度,逻辑性强。 - 优秀的组织能力,对品牌富有强烈的主人翁态度和热情。 - 具备企业家精神并愿意在快速发展的时尚行业/电商行业持续成长。
