POSITION OVERVIEW：
Responsible for Camera Monitoring System/ Driver Monitoring System application and development for Asian customers and Technical Project Management of pilot customer projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1、Leads the international (CN, US, DE, etc.) development team (including System Design, Electronics HW/SW design, Mechanical Design, Lab) to fulfill the development target.
2、Establish and follow-up the detailed work-packages to meet the milestones.
3、Ensure to achieve engineering, quality, budget and milestones KPIs.
4、Apply standardization engineering process guidelines. And ensure all necessary design revies are performed.
5、Promote products in China with BD/Product Manager.
6、Participant and contribute innovation activities.
QUALIFICATIONS：
1、Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronics or Software engineering.
2、Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Automotive Electronics.
3、System (Vehicle) level thinking.
4、Deep understanding of automotive engineering/project management processes.
5、Pro-active and self-motivation.
6、Can work without clear guidance.
7、Very good communication skills.
8、Intercultural competence.
9、Positive thinking.
