- Overall project description: Family / Lines / Stations architecture
- Technical details: MES interfaces with OT devices such as PLC, testers, marking devices, printers, etc…
- Deploy MES on production servers :
- Application package deployment provided by global team
- MES configuration according to the specification
- Support customer during MES setup
qualification:
- Train external OEM to interface MES with their equipment
- As the customer will adapt or build its manufacturing process around MES, a support will be needed throughout setup and qualification phases.
- L2 support once in production:
- Issue analysis
- Non applicative bugs fixing
- Applicative bugs report - Collect new needs
- Training of Key user & L1 support
