Responsibilities: - Responsible for all e-commerce related daily activities on Tmall. including but not limited to sales targets, inventory management, Campaign, live-streaming, daily operations, etc., - Manage TP to deliver good execution to make sure the KPI results is in line with the plan. - Co-work with communication team on online marketing events, also need to manage relevant agency in properly execution with regular performance review. - Routine analysis of key business metrics including traffic, CR,ROI ect., work out reports. - Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+year experience in E-commerce experience. - Language skills: Good in English reading, writing and speaking. - Familiar with Tmall operation management in general. - Familiar with e-commerce IT system is a plus such as Wechat, OMS, WMS, CRM, data analysis. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn, teamwork spirit, understand luxury brand.
